Inhalt

In this course, we introduce various problems in biology and discuss physical approaches and tools to study them. Among the topics covered are: transport processes in biological systems, first passage times, formation and dynamics of biofilms, gene expression and regulatory networks, and elasticity of filaments and tissues.
